Hi y’all. I never wrote blog posts about Woodbridge while we were working on it. Everything went on Instagram instead: a few posts, a handful of reels, and a lot of stories from the middle of the mess.

Winter 2022: a new project

We closed in mid-December 2021. By February the walls were painted, the floors were going in, and I was ready to tell everyone.

Woodbridge renovation on Instagram, February 15, 2022 — February 15, 2022For the past month and a half my partner and I have been behind the scenes working on a new house for you! I purchased this little baby in mid-December and as you can see, it needed some tender love and care. We finished up painting last week, and the magic is about to begin. Stay tuned, I’ll be sharing progress along the way. We have big plans for her when it’s finished. We plan to rent her for longer stays, 30 days or more…and she’ll be pet friendly with a nice, fenced in backyard for fur babies.

February 22, 2022 · ReelToday I’m taking you behind the scenes at our latest project- Woodbridge. As you will see, this home needed some ❤️ when we found it. I closed on it in mid-December and my partner has been hard at work bringing her back to life. We’re working on the kitchen and exterior this week, and will be furnishing her soon! Stay Tuned….

By the end of 2022 it had been a full year of work, and we were almost there.
